This will entirely depend on the contractual arrangement between your firm and the freelance consultant. Generally speaking, most firms maintain ownership of any resulting IP, however, on occasion, the IP is shared with or is exclusively the property of the freelance consultant. 123.EXPERT will however not claim or own any aspect of the resulting IP, the ownership lies entirely with your firm and/or the freelance consultant and/or other third parties as may be applicable to your project.
