If a freelance consultant is re-engaged within 12 months of an initial project ending, 123.EXPERT will apply a 15% surcharge to the subsequent engagement/s as per our Client Terms and Conditions. This is to provide a level playing field for our freelance consultants and to ensure that we can continue to monitor the quality of service provision.
