How do I maintain the privacy of confidential project details?

Confidentiality is one of 123.EXPERT’s highest priorities and is addressed in several ways:

  1. Your organization’s details can be hidden on the project brief which freelance consultants can access.
  2. The entire project can also be hidden. The 123.EXPERT team will then work with you to select suitable freelance consultants.
  3. You may ask candidates or engaged freelance consultants to sign your firm’s NDA (non-disclosure agreement). For smaller organizations, we can provide a template for a generic NDA which can be customized to your requirement. Please contact the 123.EXPERT team for details.
  4. Our Consultant Terms and Conditions require them to treat client and project information as confidential.
  5. 123.EXPERT will not share your information with any third parties without your permission or request.
