Yes, there is no cost to the freelance consultant, however, if a freelance consultant is re-engaged within 12 months of an initial project ending, 123.EXPERT will apply a 15% surcharge to the subsequent engagement/s as per our Client Terms and Conditions and Consultant Terms and Conditions. This is to provide a level playing field for our freelance consultant and to ensure that we can continue to monitor the quality of our service provision. We’re always really pleased when a client wants to engage with the same freelance consultant.
