What responsibilities do I have as a 123.EXPERT client?

Apart from relevant contractual, legal and or regulatory responsibilities between your organisation, 123.EXPERT and our IT Experts, 123.EXPERT requires that you:

  1. Provide monthly feedback in order to identify and rectify problems early
  2. Provide final feedback after project completion on both the IT Expert and 123.EXPERT.
