Yes. We conduct one or more interviews with all shortlisted IT Experts. We also carefully review 123.EXPERT platform profiles, resumes and LinkedIn profiles. Referee checks are carried out in most cases while we also utilise social media and other resources as part of our selection processes. Importantly, the 123.EXPERT team is comprised exclusively of professionally qualified and experienced IT consultants, therefore our selection process is far more technical, in terms of both technologies and methodologies, than traditional HR based selection processes.
